PACT School Vision Statement

PACT School is a public K-5 school that offers progressive education and a developmental curriculum. Through innovative teaching methods and a strong collaboration between teachers and parents, we emphasize growth of the whole child – intellectually, socially, physically, and creatively. Within our diverse and caring community, we provide an environment that challenges each child to become:
  • A lifelong learner
  • An independent thinker
  • A respectful individual
  • A responsible global citizen

On the state-mandated achievement tests, PACT students have historically scored among the highest in
the district across all categories: reading, math,
language, and spelling. Find out more about
PACT's academic successses.

How PACT works:

  1. PACT teachers plan a curriculum that meets district and state requirements.
  2. PACT parents each spend two hours a week in the classrooms helping to facilitate this curriculum through hands-on experimentation, small group learning, field trips and research and guided discovery.
  3. Parents are also invited to initiate and implement enrichment activities that support the core curriculum. Parents have organized enrichment activities such as the extensive Arts Focus program, an education garden, woodworking, dance, engineering projects, cooking, music and theatrical arts.
